Orders
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed, sometimes sooner! There are instances where the lead time is longer than 3 business days due to product availability, holidays or unexpected delays. Customized products will take longer than standard products.
Every order is assigned an Order Confirmation Number. Once you place an order, contact us with your Order Confirmation Number and we will provide the most up-to-date shipping information for you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on your location. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to track your package(s) and customize your delivery.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free ground shipping for small parcel packages on orders over $100. Large products that require Freight Shipping will incur additional handling charges by the freight carrier, which will be passed on to the consumer. You will be notified prior to shipping if there will be any additional freight or handling charges. Review our Shipping Policy for more details.
Something is missing from my order. What should I do?
If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately! We will replace any missing pieces in a timely manner.
Returns
Do you allow returns?
We do allow returns. Please view our return and refund policy for details.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We provide return postage if we make a mistake in fulfilling your order or if your product is damaged or defective in any way. All other return shipping charges fall under the responsibility of the returning party.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
