At Francis Millar, we believe thoughtfully designed lighting

moment your order arrives to long after it’s installed, we want you to feel
confident in your purchase.

If your selection isn’t the right fit for your space, most
items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund
Policy

If you experience a technical or physical defect, all
products are backed by a minimum 1-year warranty, with select items offering
extended coverage through the manufacturer.

Our goal is to ensure that every piece not only enhances
your home, but arrives—and performs—with the quality and reliability you
expect.

Coverage
All products are backed by a minimum 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Certain products may include extended warranty coverage
provided by the manufacturer. Where applicable, those terms will apply in
addition to the Francis Millar warranty.

What We Will Do
If a defect is identified within the warranty period, Francis Millar will, at
our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Provide a replacement at no cost to you

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor costs for installation or removal
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Damage resulting from improper installation,
    misuse, or electrical issues
  • Normal wear and tear

For best results and safety, we recommend installation by a
certified electrician.
