Return Policy

At Francis Millar, we want you to feel confident in your selection. If an item is not the right fit, we are here to assist with a smooth and straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• All components, parts, and materials must be included
• Items must be securely packaged for return shipment

You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to denial.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has shipped, it may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Applicable return shipping fees will apply.

Return Shipping

For your convenience, Francis Millar provides a prepaid return label for all approved returns.

Return shipping is a flat rate based on how the order originally shipped and will be deducted from your refund:

• Standard Shipping items: $25
• Oversize Shipping items: $50
• Freight Shipping items: $95

The applicable return shipping fee will be confirmed at the time your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less the applicable return shipping fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference. In these cases, Francis Millar will cover all return shipping costs.

If an issue develops after installation or outside of the return window, coverage may fall under our warranty. Please refer to our Warranty & Protection page for full details.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
