When can I start shopping with trade pricing?
Trade pricing becomes available after your application is approved and your account is set up. We’ll email you with next steps. You’re welcome to explore our collections while your application is being reviewed.
How do I sign in to my trade account?
Select Trade customer sign in and enter the email associated with your approved account. Use the verification code sent to your inbox to sign in. No password is needed.
Will the printed or digital catalog show my trade pricing?
Your account pricing is shown on signed-in product pages and in your cart. Prices in the printed catalog and PDF do not change when you sign in. Follow a product link to shop with the pricing available to your account.
My company already has a trade account. Should I apply again?
If you already have access, sign in with your approved email. If you need to join an existing company account, contact our team so we can help add you to the right business profile.
