At Francis Millar, we believe exceptional design deserves equally thoughtful delivery. To ensure your order arrives safely and seamlessly, we offer shipping options based on the size and handling requirements of each piece.

Standard Shipping (Parcel)

 Standard shipping applies to parcel-sized items.

• Complimentary shipping on orders over $100
• Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $15

Oversize Shipping

 Oversize shipping applies to items exceeding standard parcel dimensions but not requiring freight handling.

• Flat rate: $99
• Includes threshold or curbside delivery

Freight Shipping (Residential LTL)

Larger or heavier items are shipped via residential freight to ensure proper handling.

• Flat rate: $199
• Includes liftgate service and scheduled delivery appointment

White Glove Delivery (Available on Freight Shipments)

 For a more seamless, elevated delivery experience, White Glove Delivery is available for freight shipments.

• Flat rate: $549 total (inclusive of freight)

·       Includes:

• Scheduled delivery appointment
• Inside delivery to the room of your choice
• Two-person handling and placement

White Glove Delivery is designed to provide a higher level of care and convenience, particularly for larger or more delicate pieces. Availability may vary by location. White Glove Delivery does not include installation, assembly, or removal of existing fixtures.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Requests to modify or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, it may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Processing & Fulfillment

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days via small parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and may originate from our warehouse or various fulfillment centers across the United States, depending on product availability and delivery location.
